As a general contractor, Landivar & Associates will assess all project specific documents that are required during the pre-construction phase. These document appraisals include budgeting, general and special conditions for the build, specifications, and all blueprints related to the project.

The team also visits the site in order to get a better understanding of the project’s scope. As part of our service, Landivar & Associates provides a price estimation according to the job’s requirements and the client’s requests. These estimations include material and equipment costs as well as labor costs. This guarantees the client a realistic price for the project. The team is responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project.
